Michael Kim is a seasoned attorney with over thirteen years of diverse
and sophisticated experience, successfully litigating complex cases from
inception through trial and beyond. He is a dedicated member of the civil
litigation team at Schimmel & Parks, APLC, whose practice includes
consumer class actions, personal injury, employment law, construction
defects, insurance bad faith, and business disputes.

Central District of California, and the Honorable Vincent P. Zurzolo,
